Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Verification

1. A Hashtagsteel representative will connect with you to understand the issue in detail.

2. Supporting documents such as product photographs, weighment slips, or other relevant proofs may be requested.

Assessment

1. The Hashtagsteel team will carefully review the submitted information to confirm whether the dispute is genuine.

If the dispute is found valid, the following resolution options are available

Replacement

1. The disputed product will be picked up immediately and replaced with fresh stock at no additional cost.

Refund

1. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, a full refund will be processed within 72 hours of the dispute being resolved.

2. Refunds will be credited directly to your original payment method

Weight Discrepancies

1. Any excess amount paid due to weight differences will be adjusted to your Hashtagsteel wallet or refunded upon request.
