Hot rolled Pickled, and oiled steel is nothing but HR with a better surface finish. They provide an improved aesthetic to black HR by having the scales removed. This class of steel finds increased use in automotive applications, as aesthetics is a key phenomenon in this industry. They are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.20 to 6.0 mm, with a maximum width of 1850 mm. They are available in sheet and coil forms.
