Cold-rolled, close-annealed steel is used where flat steel with noble surface requirements is needed. They come in thicknesses ranging from 0.30 to 3.2 mm and a maximum width of 1850 mm. Such materials have close dimensional tolerances, superior surface finishes, and improved drawability. These steels are used in Automotive, Packaging, Panels, Furniture, pipes and tubes, and white goods. Cold-rolled steels are available in sheet, slit coils, and shaped blank forms.
