Kamathgiri Steels, part of the United Group, traces its roots to 1975, when Sri Satyanarayan Agarwal and Sri Manish Agarwal began building a strong presence in carbon, alloy, and special steels from Chennai. In 2020, the group established Kamathgiri Steels Pvt. Ltd. at Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam, and commercial production began in January 2022. Today, the company manufactures medium and heavy structural steels, angles, channels, beams, rounds, squares, and flats, supported by a fully automated plant, modern testing facilities, and a growing customer base across India and overseas markets. It has also positioned itself as a reliable supplier for infrastructure and engineering applications.
